Overview
Across three organisations and two decades I led core banking upgrade and migration programmes across Temenos T24, Musoni, MIFOS and other platforms. This is vendor led, integration heavy delivery, governed by a steering committee and decided at User Acceptance Testing and cutover.
The Problem
Fragmented platform versions across institutions, under configured systems, staff working around the software, unreliable data and leadership unable to make evidence based decisions. Every later digital initiative depended on fixing this foundation.
My Role & Delivery Leadership
Programme manager accountable for the integrated multi country schedule, the migration and parallel run plans, vendor work packages and contractual milestones, the risk register, acceptance testing with each institution, and go or no go cutover decisions.

Country level change plans run to a common programme framework, with readiness gates before each cutover was authorised.
Protecting live operations during migration
Migration dry runs, reconciliation checks, parallel running and rehearsed cutover runbooks with defined rollback criteria.
Outcomes & Impact
Foundation for all digital delivery: Every mobile application, field tool and dashboard was built on the upgraded core banking foundation.
Reduced system downtime: Upgraded and correctly configured platforms reduced downtime and errors across the network.
Standardised data across the network: Consistent data structures enabled cross institution reporting and analytics.
